Suzanne has worked in the computer industry for the past 24 years specializing in training and customer support, although, if you press her - she may reveal an engineering past mingled somewhere in there as well.  

Suzanne spent the first half of those 24 Years immersed in the vast Automotive Software Industry earning her stripes in software customer service and training, and in doing so became recognized as one of that industries best.

In the early '90s, the Rocky Mountains lured Suzanne and her family west to Denver where she worked as a federal contractor tasked with the job of converting DOS based PC products to Unix desktop environments. 

Then, a friend of a friend, who was a friend of another friend, (well, actually - it was her brother) told Scott Bergin (AIS' CEO) that he knew of this world class customer service rep who - also happened to be his sister, and - who also just happened to be very much into 'Aviation'. As they say, ' the rest is history '. Suzanne joined AIS in 1994 and neither her, AIS,  nor any of her AIS customers have ever looked back.
